Ingredients
- Potatoes, diced - 400 g
- Onion - 1
- Celery - 1 stalk
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Cream - 250 ml
- Milk - 250 ml
- Stock - 400 ml
- Sprinkled cheese - 1 handful
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Paprika
- Smoked tofu - 400 g
- Paprika powder
- Spring onions (for toppings)
- Chili flakes (for toppings)
Instruction
- Dice the smoked tofu and sauté. Season with paprika powder and set aside.
- Sauté the onions and celery.
- Add the flour, milk and cream and bring everything to the boil while stirring.
- Add the potatoes and vegetable stock and simmer for 7 minutes.
- Stir in the sprinkled cheese and season. Enjoy with smoked tofu and other toppings.
