Ingredients
- Napa cabbage - 200g
- Tomato - 1
- Bell pepper - 1/2
- Cucumber - 1
- Red onion - 1/2
- Chicken breast fillet - 200g
- Avocado - 1
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pumpkin seeds
- Dried mix (basil, tomatoes, garlic)
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Instruction
- Cut the chicken into small cubes, pour in the soy sauce and paprika, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Then fry until done. You can add a little oil for frying.
- Finely chop all the vegetables.
- Prepare the sauce: puree everything in a blender.
- Mix everything together, adding a little salt if desired.
