Ingredients
- Chicken Breast- 1
- Cucumber - 3
- Red Cabbage - 1 cup shredded
- Carrot - 1
- Green Onion - 2 stalks
- Cilantro - bushel
- Sesame Oil - ¼ cup
- Rice Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - ¼ cup
- Olive Oil - ¼ cup
- Sugar - ¼ cup
- Ginger - 1in knob
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon Juice - 1/2 Lemon
- Salt - tt
Instruction
- Cut all the vegetables into strips.
- Add finely chopped mixed greens.
- Make dressing including sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, a little bit of a lemon juice.
- Mix everything with dressing and it's ready to serve.
