Ingredients
- Onion - 1
- Carrot - 1
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Ground meat - 500g
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
- White cabbage - 500g
- Rice - 100g
- Salt and spices
Instruction
- Put rice to cook in a rice cooker on "harder" with slightly reduced water.
- Put a pot on the fire, pour in oil and heat it. Add onion and fry with open lid until transparent.
- Add grated carrot and mix. Fry on low heat until carrot releases juice and oil turns orange.
- Add ground meat. Mix well and break it up with onion and carrot. Lightly fry.
- Add tomato paste, mix. Let it fry a bit.
- Finely shred cabbage and place it in the pot. Pour in water. Mix.
- Cover with lid and set low heat. Stew cabbage almost until done, stirring periodically.
- Salt.
- Drain water from ready rice and add it to the almost ready lazy cabbage rolls.
- Add spices and mix everything well again.
- Cover with lid and after a couple minutes you can turn off the heat.
