Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- 2 eggs
- Cheese - 60 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp
- Green onions/regular onions - 50 g
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
Instruction
- Finely chop the chicken fillet.
- Grate the cheese and add to the fillet.
- Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat.
- Beat 2 eggs, add flour, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and let the minced meat sit for 10 minutes to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Spoon a small amount of minced meat onto a greased and preheated frying pan.
- Fry over medium heat. Turn over when the fillet begins to turn white and a golden crust forms.
- Don't make large patties to make flipping easier.
