  1. Finely chop the chicken fillet.
  2. Grate the cheese and add to the fillet.
  3. Finely chop the onion and add to the minced meat.
  4. Beat 2 eggs, add flour, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix well and let the minced meat sit for 10 minutes to ensure all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Spoon a small amount of minced meat onto a greased and preheated frying pan.
  7. Fry over medium heat. Turn over when the fillet begins to turn white and a golden crust forms.
