Ingredients
- ?? grams White sugar
- Vanilla Essence
- 1 L (1.25 L) Full fat cream 15% fat
- 14 g (1 packet) Gelatine
- 100 ml Milk
- For the topping:
- Raspberry or any fruit of your choice
- Mint
Instruction
Making the Panna Cotta
- Dissolve the gelatine in a bowl of cold milk.
- Add sugar, cream, and vanilla and bring to a near boil. Just a tiny bit of sugar is fine, but you can taste it without.
- Once it's warm, cool slightly and pour into molds. (1 L for 10/12 red and all violet molds)
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Making the Raspberry Topping
- Mix the raspberries with sugar and water in a saucepan.
- Add finely chopped mint leaves.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, until the berries disintegrate.
